# Approval Limit

Enable the Approval Limit option to control how many assets a client or collaborator can approve. This feature allows you to set a specific number of approvals, which can be easily enabled and configured. Additionally, there is a "soft-limit" option that permits clients to exceed the set limit while keeping them informed of their current count. This provides a clear indication of their progress and helps manage expectations. The soft limit feature is also an excellent up-sell opportunity, encouraging clients to explore additional approvals. This tool enhances project management by providing structured feedback limits while maintaining flexibility and transparency.
